1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HairStyleChanger.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HairStyleChanger.AI provides an AI-powered hairstyle visualization service that allows users to upload portrait photos and preview different hairstyles and hair colors. The Service is provided on a credit-based system. New users receive 10 free credits upon registration; additional credits may be purchased through our subscription or one-time payment plans.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable personal use.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

5. Credits and Payments

  • Each AI hairstyle generation consumes 1 credit from your balance.
  • Credits purchased under subscription plans reset at each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Credits purchased under one-time plans never expire — use them at any time with no time limit.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are provided only in cases of verified technical failure on our part.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely to provide the Service.

Generated images: AI-generated hairstyle images are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and share them for personal purposes.

Our content: The Service, including its design, software, hairstyle catalog, and branding, is owned by HairStyleChanger.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not use your uploaded photos for AI model training.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • AI-generated results will meet your expectations or be accurate.
  • Any defects will be corrected.

AI hairstyle results are for visualization purposes only and may not perfectly represent real-world results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAIRSTYLECHANGER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
